The focus of this program is to begin to teach kids the proper movement patterns of the body and how to transfer that knowledge to improve their sport performance. These patterns are broken down into several catergories over the course of an hour and a half with an extreme focus on technique.  The categories involved in training are proper warm up, agility, plyometrics, run mechanics, power, strength, flexability and injury prevention.  As young athletes grow and develop their bodies adapt to meet the physical demands required by their sport.  If the athlete's body is not maintained in proper balance and coordination over time injuries will begin to develop.  This is often the cause of common injuries such as knee, hip, back and shoulder injuries.  Elite Athletic Development with help create well rounded athletes.  It is much harder to treat an injury than to prevent it from occuring.  It's never too early or late to learn how to use your body to it's optimal efficiancy.
